Kimberly Stansbury Whitaker, a native of Nashville, divides her time between designing in the States and leading adventure-filled tours as a concierge travel host in Tuscany. However, her favorite days are finding moments of peace while writing on the farm in the heart of Chianti, and in her Tennessee home.
Kim's busy life as mother (and Nonna); interior designer, chef and cookbook writer, event and travel planner and even bag designer, has been extraordinary. It even placed her on Oprah’s Favorite Things List, The Today Show and QVC.
Although exciting and filled with highest-highs, came also the lowest-lows. It was during these moments, Kim rediscovered a facinating new life waiting for her in Tuscany, which led to writing Finding the Pieces, where many of her stories occured.
